In common with many human transformation consultancies, we operate in a dynamic way to be able to scale up for expansive projects and down for more intimate projects, together with other consultants we trust and love.

We also prefer to operate on a cofacilitation model, so that groups are able to experience not just the role-model of an individual leader, but the relational-model of culture and social behaviour.  In addition to the practical benefits, this leadership has immense power for social learning within the organisation, opening up new possibilities of how to lead and relate to each other from in a culture of honour, truth and encouragement.

So far this associate model has grown organically, but we are now actively seeking to extend the associate pool, via an induction into our values and underlying philosophies, and how they are expressed into lived experience.
